Senate Bill 03-139 (§ 1-7-908, C.R.S.) Notice

For the November 7, 2006 Downtown Development Authority Mail Ballot Election, there are four questions. Their text can be found here:

On August 22, 2006 the City Council authorized the establishment of a Downtown Development Authority (DDA) in accordance with Colorado Rev. Stat. §31-25-803.
