Sales and Use Tax Amnesty Program
The City of Colorado Springs is offering a Sales and Use Tax Amnesty program for a limited time. All licensed and unlicesed vendors are eligible to participate in this program. This is an opportunity to come forward and resolve any outstanding sales or use tax liabilites that you may have with the City of Colorado Springs.
The Sales and Use Tax amnesty program will only be available from May 12, 2009 through August 14, 2009. All applications must be post marked on or before August 14, 2009.
