Illegal Parking of Commerical Vehicles:

10.25.102 (a): Illegal Parking
It shall be unlawful for any person to park or leave unattended a vehicle in the manner described in subsections 10.25.101 A, C, D, I, J, K, T and U of this article."

T. Any commerical vehicle with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of ten thousand one (10,001) pounds or greater parked on a public right-of-way in a residential zone district.

U. Any recreational vehicle parked on a public right-of-way in a residential area for a period of time greater than that necessary for the expeditious loading and unloading of passengers or property.

Fine Schedule

1st Offense -- $ 70.00
2nd Offense -- $ 90.00
3rd Offense -- $ 120.00
4th Offense -- Vehicle Impounded and up to $500.00 fine
