The Infrastructure Services Division provides services to support the employees of the City of Colorado Springs through staffing of the City Help Desk; Systems Data Management and Network and Telecommunications Operations.
The diverse units in this group provide a wide-array of services, including:
- Customer Support:
The Customer Support / Help Desk is fulfilling the necessity to provide high quality support in today's fast moving IT environment. The Help Desk staff responds to calls from all City Agencies and Departments each month and resolves calls immediately. In addition to supporting the end-users computing environment, the group also manages hardware/software purchases and installation.
- Data Management:
The systems/data management team designs, administers, maintains and supports enterprise servers, databases, storage and internet applications for the City of Colorado Springs.
- Network Operations:
The Network / Telecommunications Operations team provides customer service and management/support for enterprise network connectivity, voice services, technical consultation, internet access, and network engineering.
