The Project Management Division provides project management and guidance of the operational and developmental phases. PMO leads business transformation through people, process, and enabling technology.

The division focuses on process improvement and best practice project management, and promotes partnering, collaboration, and innovation with staff and meeting customer service objectives, providing City departments with full life-cycle project management.
