The Budget and Billing Section provides a wide-array of administrative and fiscal services in support of the Information Technology Department. 

These services include:

• The preparation and tracking of the Information Technology budget.  Purchasing computer equipment and peripherals.  Monitor and issue IT contracts.
  
  
• Tracking and management of expenditures relating to telephone and communication accounts.
  
  
• Process and monitor Information Technology accounts payables and receivables
