Reporting deadlines for Political and Issue Committees for the August 28, 2012 Special Municipal Election are:

 
Reporting Date
(reports shall be timely received if filed by not later
than 5:00 p.m. on the report due date)
August 7, 2012 21 days before the election
August 24, 2012 Friday before the election
September 27, 2012 30 days after the election
  Fair Campaign Practices Act

The required reports are to be filed solely with the City Clerk of the City of Colorado Springs, pursuant to city code and state law.  A copy of the required reporting form is available for download below.

You may submit the completed forms to the City Clerk's Office either in person or by mail to the mailing address listed below.  Please Note: The reporting period shall close five calendar days prior to the effective date of the filing.
