State of Colorado Neighborhood Stabilization Program III
The Substantial Amendment to the Neighborhood Stabilization Program III (NSP3) Action Plan will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Region VIII on February 28, 2011, following a 15-day public comment period. The plan will be available in English and Spanish on the internet February 11, 2011 at http://dola.colorado.gov/cdh/NSP3SubstantialAmend.htm.
A public hearing has been scheduled by the Colorado Department of Local Affairs for the Action Plan document. The hearing will be held on Thursday, February 24, 2011 in Denver, 1313 Sherman St., Room 318 Conference Room at 9:00 a.m.

The City of Colorado Springs Housing Development Division will receive funding under the NSP3 program administered by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The City will continue its relationship with the State for the administration of these funds.
