Mayor Bach to host Community Forums
Wednesday, October 15, 2014

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Mayor Steve Bach announced today that he will host a series of six Community Forums to gather feedback from citizens on the highest priority, backlogged capital improvement projects needed in their neighborhoods for streets, public safety and parks.   Mayor Bach addressed Colorado Springs City Council today, informing them of his planned next steps on high priority city infrastructure, and invited them to join him at the forums.

“We must take action on the highest priority, backlogged capital improvement projects needed for our neighborhood streets, public safety and parks – all across the City,” said Mayor Bach.  The Mayor has asked his staff to revisit their recommended list of highest priority, backlogged capital improvement needs, and to brief him by early November.  He will then share those results with City Council as well as citizens at the Community Forums.

Information about the six Community Forums will be posted on the City’s web site ColoradoSprings.gov and BachsOffice.com.
