Summer Haul Pass Video Contest!
Tuesday, September 02, 2014

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.— Mountain Metro’s Summer Haul Pass program has helped many kids in the Pikes Peak region get to events, local attractions and summer jobs. Now that summer is almost over, Mountain Metropolitan Transit is offering students 18 and under a chance to show us what they like about public transportation by participating in the Summer Haul Pass Video Contest. The contest is easy, fun and gives students the chance to win some great prizes.

Students simply create a video, either through Vine™ or for YouTube™, about Mountain Metro bus service, highlighting why public transportation is important to them. Prizes will be awarded for the three most creative and/or entertaining submissions.

1st Place – iPad Air

2nd Place – iPad mini

3rd Place – iPod nano MP3 player

All entries must be submitted by midnight, September 30, 2014. More information, including contest rules is available at summerhaulpass.com. A sample video can be viewed at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nzu-nY8cG1Y&feature=youtu.be.

If students or parents have questions, they can contact Vicki McCann at 719-385-7439 or vmccann@springsgov.com.
