Segments 2 & 3 Work Scheduled

 

Segment 2 Temporary Access Changes – Austin Bluffs ParkwayLane Reduction and Restriction

Left Turn Restriction, Westbound Austin Bluffs Parkway at Brenner Place

The left turn lane at the Brenner Place intersection for westbound Austin Bluffs Parkway will remain closed until Fall 2014 when the Austin Bluffs Parkway median reconstruction is completed.

Segment 3 Temporary Closure of Silver Drive at Austin Bluffs Parkway

Silver Drive will be closed on Monday, June 16 at 7:00 a.m. through Wednesday, June 18 at 5:00 p.m.  Access to Silver Drive both to and from Austin Bluffs Parkway will be prohibited due to asphalt and concrete paving activities. The intersection will reopen to traffic Wednesday, June 18 at 5:00 p.m.

Segment 3 Temporary Closure of Left Lanes of Barnes Road from Austin Bluffs  Parkway to Oro Blanco Drive

On Monday, June 16 at 7:00 a.m., both the eastbound and westbound inside through lanes of Barnes Road at Templeton Park Circle (between Austin Bluffs Parkway and Oro Blanco Drive) will be closed to construct a permanent left turn access into Retreat at Austin Bluffs (Sterling Pointe) Apartments. Two through lanes on Barnes Road will remain open each direction. It is anticipated that work will be completed within 10-14 days, at which time all lanes will reopen to traffic. 

Segment 3 Temporary Access Changes – Austin Bluffs Parkway Left TurnRestrictions

Left Turn Restriction, Austin Bluffs Parkway in-between Barnes Road and Oro Blanco Drive

Left turns restrictions to or from Austin Bluffs Parkway between Barnes Road and Oro Blanco Drive remain in effect, until further notice.

Left Turn Restriction, Austin Bluffs Parkway in-between Oro Blanco Drive and Old Farm Drive

Left turns to or from Austin Bluffs Parkway in-between Oro Blanco Drive and Old Farm Drive are prohibited, until further notice.

Motorists should expect delays and are strongly advised to use alternate routes during this planned work. Posted signage, cones and flaggers will be present to help motorists safely navigate the area.  Access to businesses and homes will be maintained at all times. Weather impacts can change time frames for closures.
