Public Notice: Golf Fee Increase in 2015

To Our Valued Customers,  

As part of the City of Colorado Springs budget process, Patty Jewett and Valley Hi have begun preparations for 2015. It has been six years since either municipal golf course have increased prices. And as promised, staff has diligently performed a careful examination of our revenues and expenses. The outcome of the work has determined that fees increases are necessary.

This information will be presented in detail at public meetings on:

  • Tuesday, June 3, 2014; 6:00 p.m. at Patty Jewett Golf Course
  • Thursday, June 5, 2014; 6:00 p.m. at Valley Hi Golf Course

The proposed green fees and cart fees for 2015 are as follows:

The public can also provide additional comments regarding fees increases at the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board meeting on Thursday, June 12; 7:30 a.m. at the Parks, Recreation & Cultural Services Headquarters, 1401 Recreation Way.
