Wednesday, August 13, 2013, 4:00 PM [RELEASE AT WILL]

On Monday, August 12th at 2:28 in the afternoon, the American National Bank located at 3755 Briargate Boulevard was robbed by a single suspect.

The suspect was described as a W/M, between 20 and 30 years of age and 5’7” or taller.

Robbery Investigators happened to be in the area and were able to respond immediately but the suspect was able to flee prior to their arrival.

Investigators believe that this suspect is the same one responsible for four previous bank robberies at the Academy Bank at 2835 Briargate Boulevard.      

Photos are being released in the hope that someone might recognize him and help us identify him.
