City Council to Hold Public Work Session
On Oct. 9 from 10:30 a.m.-noon City Council will hold a Campaign Finance Disclosure and Election Code Amendment Work Session.
The purpose of the meeting is to review and discuss the proposed changes to Chapter 5 of the City Code pertaining to:
- The disclosure of the substantial private business interests of candidates and elected officials
- Candidate and committee financial disclosures
- The use of city resources in campaigns
The work session will be held at City Hall, 107 N. Nevada, Pikes Peak Conference Room, 2nd Floor. Public welcome; public comment permitted.
