Volunteers needed to serve on TPAC

The City of Colorado Springs is seeking citizen volunteers to fill vacancies on the Telecommunications Policy Advisory Committee (TPAC).  The TPAC is a group of citizen volunteers appointed by the City Council to advise them on the forms of telecommunications between City government and the citizens of Colorado Springs. Telecommunications includes such services, media and devices as Satellite, Cable TV, Wireless, Data Services, Internet, High Speed Data access, Telephone Services - Local and Long Distance, and Commercial Radio. The TPAC meets the third Tuesday of the month at 7:30 a.m. The only requirement for these open positions is an interest and knowledge of telecommunications.
