Q: How is SpringsTV funded?

A: SpringsTV receives a portion of the cable subscriber fee paid by all local Comcast customers. 20% of the $1.20 per subscriber supports the Educational Access channels of Pikes Peak Library District, District 11, District 20 and UCCS and a portion is given to technology projects for City computer infrastructure.
