Independent Ethics Commission

Any person may file a written complaint or an inquiry for consideration by the Independent Ethics Commission through the City Attorney regarding a matter involving an elected official, an appointee including members of boards, committees and commissions appointed by City Council or the Mayor, or an independent contractor. The written complaint or inquiry may only be considered for matters occurring within the last twelve (12) months.
