Rules of the Civil Service Commission
The Civil Service Commission administers the Rules of the Colorado Springs Civil Service Commission for the Municipal Police and Fire Departments governing the classification, employment, promotion, discipline, and conduct of the City?s civil service employees. The Commission develops and recommends to City Council for approval, such changes to the Rules as deemed necessary.
