Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees of Memorial Hospital is responsible for the supervision of the management of the Hospital and, subject to the general supervision and control of the City Council, is to exercise complete control over the operation, expenditures, personnel and employee matters, betterments, improvements, repairs, equipment, fiscal and other policies of the Hospital. The Board is empowered and authorized to do all things, consistent with both the City's Code of Ethics and the City Charter, for the operation, maintenance and development of Memorial Hospital, except for legislative matters that must come before the City Council.
