Kelly Jackson, Airport Public Affairs Administrator
Kelly Jackson, Airport Public Affairs Administrator, brings 10 years of progressively responsible experience in public
service and the aviation industry to this position. Jackson oversees the Airport Art Program, Airport Ambassador Program, assists the Aviation Director on a variety of special projects, fields all media inquiries, and manages the City Council and Airport Advisory Commission agendas.
Jackson started with the Sacramento County Airport System in 1994 and worked through a variety of positions. For
the past three years, she served as the Administrative Services Officer for Sacramento's Marketing Department,
where she managed the Airport Ambassador Volunteer Program and the marketing budget. She also coordinated special events, oversaw the agenda process for the County Board of Supervisors and served as the airport liaison to a variety of community organizations.
While working for the Sacramento County Airport System, Jackson received several leadership awards and completed
numerous continuing education classes in various computer programs, proofreading, communications, leadership
and conflict management.
Jackson graduated from University of Phoenix with a bachelor's degree in Business Management.
