Dr. Pat Boone completed Pilot Ground School while she was still in college. She has been a Flight Attendant and Flight Attendant Supervisor, Reservations Agent, Gate Agent and Ticket agent, in addition to working in general aviation at Hanger One in Atlanta. As a Customer Service Agent for United Airlines, she was nominated for Best Customer Service Agent in the United States and won Best Customer Service Agent in the Southeastern United States. She knows from experience how everything coordinates at the airport, and how that only happens when all departments work together. She is proud to be a representative of all the 300-400 ground jobs at the Colorado Springs Airport, as well as our flight attendants.

Some of Dr. Boone's advanced degrees include a Doctorate Degree in Counseling, GRI (Graduate, Realtors Institute) certification from the University of Georgia, and CPE (Clinical Pastoral Education) certification from Emory University in Atlanta.

She has served our community as Vice-Chair of the El Paso County Highway Advisory Commission and is presently Vice-Chair of the El Paso County Board of Adjustment. She has been an active member and supporter of The Greater Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce, Military Affairs Council, Colorado Springs Convention & Visitors Bureau, Southern Colorado Women?s Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado, Manitou Springs Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau, The Greater Woodland Park Chamber of Commerce, Tri-Lakes Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Center, League of Women Voters, AAUW (American Association of University Women) and HSMAI (Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International).

A Certified Mediator in conflict resolution for real estate and general business, she has been a Mediator for the Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado and a Court Liaison for the El Paso County Small Claims Court, and a member of IACP (International Academy of Collaborative Professionals), ACR (Association for Conflict Resolution), CCMO (Colorado Council of Mediators & Mediation Organizations) and IAF (International Association of Facilitators).

Other experience includes Lockheed Martin and Boeing Aerospace in Saturn V fire systems safety and Fortran IV, commercial and residential real estate, accounting, and multiple business ownerships. She has authored three books presently available on Amazon.com. A past TV host and NASCAR Racing Announcer, she is also a member of AWRT (American Women in Radio & Television).

A former Hospital Chaplain and Ordained Minister, she officiates at weddings in the Pikes Peak Area. A provider of Pet Funerals and Equine Funerals of Tribute, she is a member of the APLB (Association for Pet Loss and Bereavement), officiating at no charge at funerals for Military Dogs, Police Dogs, Assistance and Seeing Eye Dogs and ceremonies for Animal Rescue Organizations.

In both 2007 and 2008, Dr. Boone wrote, sang and produced new Christmas Songs to Honor and Encourage our Troops entitled "A Christmas Letter From Your Family", and then offered them free online to honor our entire military.
